Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

Safesite is looking for a go-getting Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can rapidly grow our pipeline.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in sales development that demonstrates top-of-their-class work. This involves expertise in the full-range of funnel responsibilities, including:

  • Outbound and inbound prospecting and handling
  • Creating new content
  • Scheduling marketing campaigns
  • Optimizing your efforts week-over-week

  •  Call 50+ prospects each day
  • Produce qualified leads at a rate that aligns with Safesite’s growth plans each week
  • Work alongside our Account Executives to produce week-over-week funnel growth 
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound sales
  • Maintain individual quota for sales effort targets
  • Maintain complete accuracy of production within our sales CRM


  • Minimum 1+ years of enterprise sales development experience
  • Evidence of exceeding quota through back-to-back quarters (within the past 4 quarters)
  • Venture-funded startup experience with the capability to demonstrate correlated company growth
  • Ability to showcase contributions to sales process methodologies and efficiencies
  • *Experience involving construction and or insurance is a plus, but not required
